Interventional Pain Management
At our spine center, patients have the option of undergoing interventional pain management to obtain relief of pain symptoms in clinical conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, or sciatica.
In combination or not with other methods of treatment, interventional pain procedures such as epidural steroid injections,
facet joint injections or selective nerve root blocks can offer significant improvements of spine-related pain, without the adverse effects of systemic oral medications.
Interventional spine procedures are minimally invasive. They also provide important diagnostic information and contribute to the understanding of possible specific causes of a patient's symptoms.
